Eminent Transport was established in 2010 by Tshepo Phiri. The company was established on the basis of providing transportation for the schools as and when needed through their contacts. The need identified was due to the challenges experienced by local schools in getting transportation for the planned activities of the school.

There are currently three major bus companies operating in the Tshwane West area and they have major transportation resources in place but are mainly servicing workers as they are their biggest clients. This however leaves schools with the challenge of acquiring transportation for their activities. We then saw a need to communicate with the local small bus companies to come on board and assist us in providing the much needed service to the schools at a discounted rate.
